Detailed White Racing Flag Description

Racing flags are finished with a  1" sleeve so a 0.5" wooden dowel can be inserted

FIA Internationally Sanctioned Races use the White flag to represent the presence of officials such as ambulance, Fire engine, jet dryer etc or a competitor moving at below normal speeds in a section of the track 

In IndyCar a stationary white flag represents they are moving above one third racing speed while waving white flags mean they are moving below 1/3rd racing speed

In American motorsports such as NASCAR, IndyCar and motorcycle road racing, the waved flag represents the final lap of the race

in MotoGP, a white flag is used to warn riders of rain. 

This flag also comes as part of the Basic Racing Set and the Full Racing Set.
