Detailed Yellow Racing Flag Description

Racing flags are finished with a  1" sleeve so a 0.5" wooden dowel can be inserted

The solid yellow flag, or caution flag, universally requires drivers to slow down due to a hazard on the track, typically an accident, a stopped car, debris or light rain. However, the procedures for displaying the yellow flag vary for different racing styles and sanctioning bodies.

FIA - Sanctioned Races - a yellow flag means a hazard on or near the track or two yellow flags signals a hazard blocking the track. It could also mean a safety car has been deployed. 

in NASCAR and IndyCar it means Caution or Road Course Local Caution. Two yellow flags means Road Course Full Course Caution.

This flag also comes as part of the Basic Racing Set and the Full Racing Set.
